Adams Mill was built by John Adams in 1845-1846. The footprint of the mill building is 45' X 50" and has 3 1/2 stories.

John Adams found this mill site in 1831 while he was searching the Wildcat Creek for a dependable location. He followed the Wildcat Creek from Kokomo to Lafayette.
